  • Smart Touchscreen Interface: A 5.7" touchscreen display allows baristas to navigate menus, monitor parameters (including a digital pressure gauge), and program up to four different time-controlled brew doses with ease.
  • Xcelsius Temperature Profiling (on Xcelsius models): This patented technology enables the barista to set the water temperature to increase or decrease by up to 5°C (9°F) during the 25-30 second extraction phase. This dynamic control highlights different flavor notes in the coffee, offering immense control over the final product.
  • Multi-Boiler System (on Xcelsius models): Each group head has a dedicated 150ml micro-boiler with a 250W heating element, ensuring precise thermal stability for each extraction, independent of the main 11-16 liter steam boiler.
  • Steady Brew (SB) Technology (on USB models): For single-boiler versions, this technology ensures excellent thermal stability and repeatability by keeping the water temperature stable during extraction, crucial during busy periods.
  • Cool Touch Steam Wands: The machine comes standard with insulated steam wands that remain cool to the touch, preventing burns. They feature C-Lever ergonomic knobs that can be set for pulse or continuous steam.
  • Automated Cleaning (Easy Clean): An automated daily cleaning program is included, which manages the group head cleaning process from start to finish. Users can schedule cleaning cycles and view the history on the display.
  • Connect & Snap&Share: The Rancilio Connect system is an optional IoT telemetry solution for monitoring machine operations, analyzing consumption, and adjusting settings remotely. The Snap&Share feature uses a QR code reader app for easy sharing of technical parameters and maintenance tracking.
  • Durable Construction: The body is made from die-cast aluminum with shock-proof, scratch-resistant tempered glass panels designed for high-volume commercial use.
