Our Organic Assam is a rich, full leaf, medium bodied black tea. It has a slightly lighter liquor, with sweet honey flavour.

Dry Leaves: Dark brown leaves.

Liquor: A slightly lighter liquor than other Assams due to the fact that it is organic.

Aroma: The aromas are a muted version of other Assams, subtle roasted malt notes.

Caffeine Level: Caffeinated

Body: Medium-bodied, being a full-leaf Assam. Since there are a limited number of golden tips, the heft is good.
