Tasting Journal Snippets

Step 01
Add 30ml Cafēva Milk Cleaning Liquid and 500ml room-temperature water into a container.

Step 02
Immerse the steam wand in the cleaning solution. Activate the steam for 3 seconds, then stop for 5 seconds. Repeat this process 8-10 times. (Note: Do not boil the cleaning solution.) For stubborn stains, soak the steam wand in the solution for 10 minutes.

Step 03
Discard the solution and rinse the container with fresh water. Refill with 500ml fresh water and repeat the procedure in Step 02 to remove any residual cleaning agent, then discard the water.

Step 04
Wipe the steam wand dry with a clean cloth, ready for use!
