How to Use

Step 01
Insert the blind filter basket into the portafilter handle and add 3g of Cafēva cleaning powder.

Step 02
Place the portafilter handle into the group head. Run the extraction cycle for 10 seconds, pause for 5 seconds, and repeat this step 5 times.

Step 03
Remove the portafilter and rinse it thoroughly with clean water.

Step 04
Place the portafilter (without cleaning powder) and repeat Step 2 to flush thegroup head.

Step 05
Brew one shot of coffee and discard it (for rinsing).
