Tiramisu Iced Americano

Ingredients

• 30ml - DVG Italian Dolce Syrup
• 60ml - Espresso
• 120ml - Water
• 100ml - Ice

Cheese Cap Recipe for Garnish:

• 20ml - DVG Cheese Cap Powder
• 70ml - Farm Fresh UHT Fresh Milk

Method

Cheese Cap Preparation:

1. First Pour the milk into blender jar, next scoop the powder into blender jar
2. Last blend with slow speed at 15 seconds

Coffee Preparation:

1. First Pump in the syrup into cup
2. Next Pull Double Shot Espresso into glass and top up water and mix well with the syrup
3. Garnish with cheese cap and serve
