Ingredients
- 30ml - DVG Italian Dolce Syrup
- 60ml - Espresso
- 120ml - Water
- 100ml - Ice
Cheese Cap Recipe for Garnish:
- 20ml - DVG Cheese Cap Powder
- 70ml - Farm Fresh UHT Fresh Milk
Method
Cheese Cap Preparation:
- First Pour the milk into blender jar, next scoop the powder into blender jar
- Last blend with slow speed at 15 seconds
Coffee Preparation:
- First Pump in the syrup into cup
- Next Pull Double Shot Espresso into glass and top up water and mix well with the syrup
- Garnish with cheese cap and serve
